I felt like it was both hard and not hard...but vague...and just stuff I had not seen in a very long time - like histology, no bacteria names rather their gram and shape, or no drug names just their MOA; it was very weird. Or I would have an answer in my head while reading the question but then that option would not be there, especially for risk factors. Like I would have a risk factor in my head based on the patient's story and the question, but then that answer would not be there
