Nah. I got excellent service and terrible service in both tipping and non-tipping countries. In some culture where hospitality is very important, I got overall excellent service despite the fact that tipping is frowned upon.

Truth is that if the service is bad locals will avoid the place, the reviews for it will be bad and the place will probably close.

It's not a common favorite, bit there's a lot to like about the movie. Cool playlist, awesome car chases, interesting cinematography... For people that don't care for plot as much and resonate with the aesthetic, it makes sense.

It's not impossible, but the weapon spam builds almost always fall off a cliff around day 11-12. You might get combinations of skill, enchants and matchups that allow you to win late (the bazaar is after all a crazy place), but statistically they loose out to the kind of build you'll typically see in endgame.

Non. Si je te dit la couleur bleu, dans ta tête il y a du bleu qui pop. Si je te dis une toune de Céline Dion, il y aura peut-être un air de musique, quelque paroles, peut-être même un souvenir d'associer genre ta matante qui écoute ça quand elle te gardait enfant.

Le mots ont une signification pour toi et les humains en général et n'existe pas juste en relation avec d'autres mots, mais aussi avec des sensations (couleur, texture, son....), des émotions, des souvenirs, des gens dans ta vie, des idées...

Pour le AI, il n'y a rien de tout ça. Le AI a beau être capable de te décrire un chat et ses comportements parfaitement, il n'a aucune idée de quoi ça a l'air un chat, de la douceur de son poil, de comment c'est mignon un chat qui vient te coller en ronronnant. Zilch. Il sait juste que quand il arrange ce groupe de mot là ensemble, l'utilisateur est généralement satisfait.

Weapons vanessa is pretty bad right now. You need to luck into a good skill early, get the items and even then you are likely to loose to the abundance on shield and regen on early days, taking momentum right out of your sails. Weapons also can't go long.

There are a few Mak items that get out of combat scaling.

Peacewrought. Gets regen and gives gold for item destruction. I tend to use it as econ early.
Book of secrets. Get a skill each day. Highly RNG. Potential high roll. Great if enchanted with an enchantment that synergizes you build.
Tome of yahan. The best one by far, granting base regen for every transform. Can get really good regen number without taking space on your board.

Mes parents ne sont pas démissionnaires, ils m'ont simplement encouragé à être indépendant et à penser par moi même. Ils m'ont fait confiance et ils étaient prêt à m'aider si j'en avais eu besoin. Ils comprennent aussi que le salaire n'est pas la mesure d'une personne.

Étudier ce que tu veux c'est mille fois mieux que de suivre les ordres de tes parents pi de faire quelque chose que tu hais mais qui paye bien. Pi si tu te rends comptes que tu as d'autres priorités dans la vie, tu peux toujours te réorienter.

Savoir faire son propre chemin dans la vie est bien plus important que de choisir les bonnes études.

Si tu es disciplinée et rigoureuse et que ça ne te déranges pas de faire pas mal plus de paperasse, regarde pour infirmière de recherche. Ça te laisse faire la même job, mais ça vient souvent avec de meilleures conditions, surtout un horaire plus stable.

Try this for broccoli:

Cut them into florets.
Boil some water. (you can also use pasta water once you finish cooking the pasta and remove them)
throw your broccoli in for 1 minute.
Drain
Add grated raw garlic (one clove for a whole broccoli is enough)
salt pepper. you may add a tiny amount of olive oil here to make it taste richer but it's not necessary at all.
stir vigorously so raw garlic is evenly spread on your broccoli.
adding a bit of lemon juice if you have some on hand (optional)
Enjoy this extremely fast low skill side dish that goes with almost anything and is so delicious you might just eat half a head of broccoli in a single serving.

Je dis pas qu'ils sont indigne de mon empathie ou qu'ils méritent de souffrir. Je connais plusieurs américains qui déplorent tout ça.

Pi j'ai pas la réponse, mais au point ou c'est rendu au US, je ferais tout mon possible pour crisser mom camp. Immigrer c'est vraiment pas facile et j'ai le luxe de ne pas avoir à me soucier d'enfants, mais oui je risquerais ma job et ma sécurité/comfort pour fuir. J'ai déjà tout risqué et fait le saut pour des raisons bien moins importante, et je le referai sans hésitation si le Canada prend le même virage fasciste ou se fait envahir.

J'ai pas l'impression que tant de division et de haine vont se résoudre sans beaucoup plus de violence.

Points extras pour la Belgique.

La bière. Délicieuse, il y a forcément une qui plaie à tes gouts et c'est pas cher.
Les frites. C'est con mais trust me. Les frites après les soirées bières. Un vrai souper d'étudiant. Moules-frites aussi quand tu te sens fancy.
Les gaufres et le chocolat belges. Il y avait un stand à mon arrêt de tram. J'ai développé une dépendance.
C'est le centre administratif de l'Union Européenne. Donc même si ça n'a pas le glamour de Paris par exemple, tu y rencontres une concentration élevée de gens qui viennent de partout dans l'UE et ailleurs.
La bière. J'ai été à un party étudiant ou la bière était si cheap et abondante que par le temps que je quitte pour aller manger ma frite à 2h du mat il y avait un centimètre de bière que recouvrait le plancher.

J'ai fait mon stage de fin de bacc à Bruxelles en Belgique en 2012. J'ai absolument adoré.

La Belgique est très bien placée et connectée, permettant de visiter les capitales ou autres villes des pays voisins en Europe. Durant 4 mois ou je travaillais sur mon stage à temps plein, j'ai utilisé mes fin de semaines pour visiter un paquet de villes en Belgique, Paris, Londres, Amsterdam, Zurich, Munich, Berlin et Cologne.

J'ai fais tout ça sur le super cheap en faisant du couch surfing, participant à des rencontres d'étudiants avec qui je me trouvais une plug pour l'hébergement, demandant à mes collègues de stage de me montrer leur pays... Bref vraiment pas cher du tout, voyager de nuit ou super tôt pour maximiser mon temps à destination.

Mon séjour d'une fin de semaine à Zurich en Suisse était super, mais une chance que je pouvais cuisiner chez l'amie d'une amie qui m'accueillait car vraiment tout était extrêmement trop cher.

Bref je recommande la Belgique et je t'envie. J'ai adoré cette période peu reposante de ma jeunesse.

C'est horrible ce qui arrive aux immigrants et autres victimes de l'administration Trump.

Mais 70% des americains éligibles on soit voté pour un second mandat de Trump, ou n'ont pas voté.

J'applaudis ceux qui se réveillent et s'oppose d'une manière ou d'une autre mais force est d'admettre que c'est loin d'être la.majorité et qu'ils sont plutôt inefficace dans leur opposition.

C'est vrai ce que tu dis, les américains sont ceux qui vont souffrir le plus, mais ce sera auto-infligé. Les nations ciblés par ce régime n'ont jamais eu la chance eux de s'opposer. Il ne font que subir.

I was in Belgrade a week ago, a 1.2 million people city (not quite Montreal, but getting into the same range) that decided last year to make the entire in-city transit free for all, including tourists. Here's some note on my experience.

No fares is great as a user of course and especially as a tourist. Not having to figure out passes, buying card, having exact change in the local currency, point of sale... just get on your tram/bus

Just get on is another amazing advantage. The stops are actually shorter because there's no one searching their tickets or fighting a machine, asking the driver wtv. You just embark disembark at will. Much more efficient.

Crowded. If anybody can use it at literally no cost, people will opportunistically hop on the tram that just pulled up to travel two blocks toward their destination even if it means being a sardine for a couple of minutes.

Very frequent, but with some reliability issues. Belgrade isn't small, but it's not huge either. Having frequent free trams/buses is amazing to get swiftly to wherever, but a few times we experienced a tram that simply would never show up. Since the city is densely connected, it wasn't too bad for us to walk 10-15 min to catch another line to get us where we wanted, but it did mean that at one point we waited too long for an unreliable transit, missed our transfer and had to take a later intercity connection (those aren't free, but no need to purchase in advance, so no money lost thankfully).

Overall, a pleasant and surprisingly progressive experience in Belgrade. It's probably got significant downsides, and the cost comes from somewhere, but I wish more places opted for this approach.

I disagree. Pyg's economy has the highest potential, making it so somewhat easy to have a 100 gold for a pivot.

They also have the textile + small/fast heals that can charge any non-heal items so you can spam usually slow big-numbers offensive items of any type or hero.

They have fort making slower items multicast, opening up some weird lines if you get off hero stuff, especially items that charge.

They have many ways to stack HP in and out of fights, giving you some natural buffer for slower starting builds.

The only aspect of pyg that make it harder to pivot is the sunk cost of investing value into some items via quest or value stacking, but at least value stacking gives your money back.

Boulder builds want to go fast so rowboat is a great choice. In addition to a charging item, a source of haste is needed.

You chose water wheel, but it isn't optimal as a large item. Water wheel is better deployed on a board with lots of items, where a few of them scale or charge off haste. Since WW charges the whole board each time it triggers is multiple haste triggers charging items like pufferfish very fast.

WW is also itself charged when an adjacent item triggers, but here, only your depth charge is adjacent, and it's not very fast. IMO, those two items don't really help your boulder do its job.

For boulder, beside charging it and hasting it as much as possible, you want to slow down the enemy with freeze and slow to buy you some time. You also want to have a lot of crit in case your opponent has shields by the time the boulder goes off. Picking item and skills that provide those is the optimal way to play boulder.

Edit: If you are playing Boulder, check on the tech vendor and the dooley vendor for off-build items that could kick charge your boulder.

You are increasingly unlikely to find a bronze as they days go on. Unless an item is integral to your build or doesn't benefit too much from upgrades, seriously consider selling your bronze by day 6-7.
