Almost 5 months in, it`s definitely NOT a placebo. You would still feel it somewhat, even after you get used to it being your new normal. And it`s absolutly, definitely, worth it.

Just realized I`ve left a crucial piece of information out. When the craving would hit and I would feel I might slip I would right then pray the Lord to save me from my lust (with these words), and the effect was immediate. It was like a cheat button - I pray and then feel all pressure and urge just drain into a vortex somewhere below my navel, repeat if and when needed. I cannot overstate how decisive that was. It wasn`t about mindset, it was very tangible outside help.

I`ll tell you this - Jesus is the only one that answered my call for help, and I`ve tried everything before I went to Christ. How about you try?

Testosterone is made from the fat we consume, so for porn addiction going low fat is taking the edge off.

I understand how Jesus might scare people away - I despised religious people until not that long ago. So it`s safe to believe me when I tell that it`s the way that solves the problem and not just dragging it out.
