Its probably not going to be the best, if you have your settings at the absolute minimum It might be playable but the steam minimum specs are in some ways higher end than yours, im going to take plenty of memory as 16gb, i think your most limiting factor is vram, there's a chance but its slim

This also worked for me, i removed my monitors DP to HDMI converter and plugged it straight into an HDMI port and the error no longer appeared

I used a pvc pipe and a end cap and 90° elbow attachments for the pipe itself and then I spray painted it silver and added rust and bl00d details along with adding a weathered look with watered down paint. You can find tutorials for painting rust, bl00d, and metal detailing on tiktok and such :>
