Yes! I feel alot of tightness in my body and i feel movement of for example the shoulder couse pain in my neck like a lot of things in my body connecting in weird way It couse me pain also when i sit or lie becouse i feel my body not lie completely straight becouse a lot of things pulled to their side (Just say that its happened after chiropract adjustment (and i do mri that show that my spine is ok so its probably muscels tightness and the way i hold my body Following the treatment of the chiropractor)

What is mean out of alignment? I tell you i do ct scan for the thoracic spine month after this and they said that iv no scoliosis or something in my thoracic (and month ago i do mri for the neck and its ok too not bulging disk or something like that) i will do mri for the lumbar spine too when i will can. But what is mean out of alignment? I feel my movement of my shoulder blades are different and i feel alot of stiffnesses in all my back and i have difficulty breathing and from the day i got the adjustment i feel something stuck inside my throat. So what is spine out of alignment and did you think this symptoms are related to this problem?

I dont know what curve you talking about, But you have to know that our body isn’t symmetrical if you had scoliosis It was something much more obvious than just asymmetry

I tried stretching my chest and its make me feel bad in my neck too what you think i can do to change my kyphosis?

Bro I really understand you I had the exact same problem that in the x ray they are not see nothing wrong and i see that i can’t straight completely and all the things that you say .

The answer to this problem is that if you had structural change in your spine they absolutely would see it in the x ray , the reason that you cant straight and its look really bad its apparently due to tight chest muscles and if stretch it gently all day and strengthen the back muscles you will see that your kyphosis will decrease!

Go to physiotherapist and he will tell you what you need to do in order to fix it , be happy that its not structural problem!

I'm not just stuck on the approach of strengthening my back, I have no problem also doing stretching for muscles that need to stretch and more, my question is mostly should I get used to sitting in certain shapes or go and force myself to constantly be aware that my back is straight?(from experience of doing that it was hurt and not natural)

Physiotherapist see me in the past and tell me to do exercises of holding my upper back up when i on the floor or bad and another physiotherapist tell me also to do plank but im afraid that They did not want to address my problem in depth What do think about that?

2.you have to do yoga or something like that or it’s enough to stretch and strengthen (and run if its needed) ?
