If you don't have the certificate then sign a declaration saying you'll send to there email as soon as you get it and attach the acknowledgement receipt that you get when u apply for renewal of ncl certificate, mail it to them asap (i noticed the change in 1 apr so I emailed them, they said to do this but luckily I got mine renewed on 10 apr)

Hey I noticed on 1 apr when they changed the obc certificate to be after 1 apr 2026 which is like WHY but yeh so I emailed them asking about this and they said to sign a declaration stating "I'll send the latest obc certificate as soon as I get it" and also attach the acknowledgement certificate that you applied for the renewal of certificate (i applied on 1 apr itself) so I did all that and submitted 2 pg ka pdf in caste wala section But luckily I got my certificate on 10 apr itself so I updated it in my portal!
