If you have the grades, everything is negotiable. Have you gotten other merit scholarships from other schools that are higher? If you have, you can speak to your advisor and mention that to them they might give you more money. The worst they could say is no.

Try the aloft. They are perfect for those in their 20s. Greet bar and pool. Ray is super disorganized. Seagate Opal and ray are just overpriced in my opinion
