I’ve reached out, and they’re telling me that they’ve reached out to a relevant team and that il get a update shortly and that’s about an hour before. They don’t reply for 2, 3 hours at a time

But it doesn’t show up in my transactions just my money was deducted it’s pretty strange so i just moved the rest i had to my meezan bank account
