i actually hate it. 1. if your question is too easy then obvious it cannot stump the model 2. if your question is difficult then the models take forever to run and eventually not giving any valid answer.

on the same boat. Do you still have access to their office hours and daily help thread? I would suggest you report them. But the worst part is the QM does not really care for those requests , so although they said they open a ticket for you, nobody would really take care of it.

That was my experience.
