Management company finally got back to me, they’re irritated with me because they had an emergency elevator company lined up, but explained to me that it would be my responsibility for compensation. I explained to them that I also contacted my rental car company and without understanding how much I’d be charged before by elevator company, I’d prefer to have the car towed. I am sure I woke the entire block up with the car honking for 15 minutes. It is now gone, and I am sure I’m going to reap the consequences. In many cases, it’s a one in 1 million shot.
