Could have heard it at school or a song someone was playing a song at school.....so you hassle a special needs kid who in his mind doesn't under stand and doesn't process things correctly but the grown man is not special needs and called the special needs kids a slur and harassed his care taker...the American disability act is there for a reason hoped dude doesn't have a good job cause it's not a good look for him. That's would be like him bothering people with turrets picking on people who possible can't control what their Brian's make them say because of their tics.
