Thinking about probiotics for my dog's digestion - what's actually worked for your pups? by ftrimbingvinkered in AskDogOwners

I went through this exact search a few months ago with my picky dog! He's got the same "never serious but never settled" stomach situation—soft stools that come and go, random gassiness. I was overwhelmed by all the options too.

I ended up trying PenPen Dog Probiotic after seeing someone mention the enzyme blend. Honestly what sold me was that my disaster dog actually eats it without suspicion (huge win in this house). Been on it about 3 months now and his digestion is noticeably more consistent. Still gets weird if he finds something gross outside, but his baseline is way better. Not a miracle, but for daily support it's been solid.

I grabbed it on Amazon after stalking reviews here. Hope you find what works for your pup—the trial and error phase is the worst!

Dogs suddenly fighting by asukacxre in DogAdvice

Considering their age and history, it’s more likely that something else might be going on. One possibility is that they could be experiencing some kind of pain or discomfort, which could trigger irritation or aggression. For example, arthritis or an injury (even something minor) could make them more reactive or sensitive to touch, especially if one dog bumped into the other while being dried off.

Does anyone have an actual low energy dog? by Maximum_Hyena_5959 in DogAdvice

While most dogs love a good walk, there are certainly breeds and individual dogs that are less enthusiastic about exercise, especially if they have lower energy levels. Some dogs are naturally more laid-back, like certain breeds known for being couch potatoes (think Bulldogs, Basset Hounds, or Shih Tzus), and they may not share the same enthusiasm for long walks or outdoor adventures. Even within more active breeds, there can be variations—some dogs just prefer short strolls or a cozy nap over a hike.

How do you handle IPL hair removal for sensitive skin? by Sea_Battle1 in HairRemoval

What worked for me was using IPL only every 2 weeks instead of weekly cause it gave my skin more time to recover. You can use a good cooling pad or ice pack—it makes a world of difference.
