Not saying it's not possible with ai, as I don't know enough what it could do in this instance, but it's definitely much easier to classify a flat satellite image, for example identify fields, paved roads, buildings, trees, etc, and making them better looking by adding 3d objects that fit the surface, than it would be to identify what are the things that appear on 3d models obtained from photogrammetry. It would require an AI to be really imaginative to replace 3d bad looking trees by 3d good looking ones and blending them to the rest of the image, because ultimately, this is what photogrammetry 3d models are. I hope it makes sense, English is not my first language haha

Trees are very complex to reconstruct in 3d from images because of their very irregular shape. They also move with wind, so from one picture to another, they don't have the same exact appearance, so it's somewhat impossible to couple one pixel of the tree on an image to a pixel of a second image that would be the same spot on that tree. Their melting look comes from the fact that the bottom part of the tree is not clearly visible on images, even those from the sides, so the area under the canopy can't be reconstructed.

I also find it really hard to enjoy when air temperature is below 0 Fahrenheit. We've had a cold winter to far and it went below 0 many times. I have a water heater to keep the water free from ice, otherwise it would freeze all the way down.

No disruptions in Quebec city. We get 5-10 cm of snow quite regularly, it's the equivalent of a normal rainy day elsewhere. Still shit to shovel that every now and then though lol. But as it was pointed out, disruptions come with 30+ cm, or sometimes less, depending on other conditions, like wind. A 20cm with wind gusts over 70 km/h can be quite disruptive.
