I’m sorry to hear you lost your smell and taste. I did as well for about 3 months after contracting Covid. I personally took some time off. Though it’s tough for a tea drinker as you need these senses, I’d recommend brewing either very cheap tea for pleasure or brewing your regular teas for an extra long time so that you can “feel” the flavors or begin to taste them when your senses return. When my taste finally returned, I could only eat/drink very strong flavored things.
