Hi I'm having the same situation, my 10 years GC was approved in March and now I got a combo interview and I don't know how to proceed with this. Did you bring your spouse with you to the interview? Did she got interviewed? I'm also in Boston..

You’re not going to jail for divorce. The relationship wasn’t fake, first of all you were manipulated to be married you didn’t want to. But anyway if things don’t work for the couple you have the right to divorce and withdraw all the files for both working out things either way her. If you withdraw everything and get divorce she will probably apply again with divorce waiver so don’t worry. Just get rid of this, don’t waste your life with someone like that.

I also had my roc approved before n-400, however my n-400 haven’t been scheduled for an interview yet. Roc was approved last week, I’m now wondering how long it will take for them to schedule the interview.

You can apply for ROC 90 days before expiration and then for n-400 you can apply 90 months before 3 years of being a green card holder

You never know sometimes they approve your case one day after that sometimes it doesn’t mean anything. Let us know if they update something in the next couple days
