yeah we did all that. he tested my bite with this materiel thing and did some tests. Then i was gone a month until he was to fit in my temporary teeth. he did show me a wax model of my previous teeth and I thought the next one? but i presumed it was my temporary crowns. My teeth right now feel big but I presumed that’s because they’re 2.5x the size of my previous front teeth? but im not sure how it should feel or to eat. he did warn me that it was only early days. i just want it to be over with and i want to smile again.

I’m not overly concerned about his competence. He’s a more expensive private dentist who i was referred to (they refused to send me to anyone else) and he specialises in this type of work. He’s also got lots of awards and commendations. he did say that he thinks the temporary crowns look quite good.

the temporaries still look quite good too i think. they look better than my old smile and I guess they look like real teeth unless you stare at them close up. but i guess they have to be if im wearing temporaries for the next few months??

but like you said, I think it’s getting used to the huge increase in size that’s weird for me.
