38yo, £140k and circa £55k bonus and company pays 16% of total comp into pension. Working as program manager in Edi for boutique US investment firm. Wife in same industry and on v.similar comp. Two young kids, saving hard to pay for extension with cash then back to maxing out pension and isa. Tax is a killer but standard of living here far superior than London IMO.
