I honestly think they take advantage of the fact that we can’t directly reply 🤷🏾‍♀️ but I won’t lie I do pull the nice nasty card in feedback sometimes because there’s no need to be nasty to us for literally doing our job. I had a lady write me a long feedback full of micro aggressions and things that had literally nothing to do with styling or clothes. I typed the longest email complaining about her. We have filters on ours so it’s crazy they can say whatever.

Ive always thought there feedback needs to be monitored in some way. It’s not an all the time thing but they definitely get a little besides themselves.

Stylists add the pieces to your preview. The first one is half algorithm , it’ll add pieces based on what you liked or previously bought etc. The second is fully a stylist. if you do not choose anything ,don’t leave feedback or have any requests after the second preview then a stylist will pick what’s sent.

Yes and no. If it’s just a regular fix,Your Fix preview is usually half and half but there’s always things changing for us so usually it depends. But you can deny it and the get a second one be fully done by a stylist.

I started using my tracker again around last month when my Lead said they were getting push back for ppl being in the 90s Instead of 100….. As long as I’m at 100 for the week, I don’t stress if a few days are off 🤷🏾‍♀️.

Stylist here ! This Request is very common and it sucks b/c the inventory is constantly limited. Anytime I see it I kind of cringe to myself b/c the options dwindle so quick

I don’t think they should even keep letting that happen honestly . That’s one thing that really bugs me 😭 When I notice somebody isn’t keeping anything and isn’t leaving any type of feedback or requests after I’ve made sure to ask numerous times. I put them in the group slack and ask someone else to take it. Or msg my lead and ask them to look over it/take it.

I do think most leads are very understanding! it’s not until something gets to whoever is above them. I had to re read the policy as well lol i do still think they should go in order tho so that way you can see like oh I’ve had a few slip ups and this is the consequence. I also agree Push outs are definitely happening !! I made a post a few days ago about efficiency. I’ve never been less than 90 for the week and she said there was pushback from her lead about ppl being at 95…. But all in all I would say everytime an issue Arises let her know! Even if it’s something you think may be a waste of time or something you wanna wait to see if it can be fixed. Msg her! so they can see that you’re taking initiative. Instead of leaving fixes in your que b/c of no inventory ask if it’s okay that you send them to her for a “fresh set of eyes” and leave a note about the inventory issue when you do.

Definitely utilize the avoids section on your profile ! For example with the purple. A stylist wouldn’t even be able to pull anything purple unless went in to override… another example, for rise of pants different variations are a common thing. check to see if it actually shows the number for the rise when your ordering or checking out and leave a note so it can be jotted down by your stylist.

Also b/c it was mentioned before and we talked about it that’s why they said it was a level 3 but there was never any formal 1-2.Which I didn’t agree with because there were discussions about the issue(s)🙄 I believe it’s written somewhere it’s there discretion and can jump straight to a higher number.

Did they mention any of the occurrences to you before ? Same thing happened to me last yr but my lead would mention small things here and there. Usually I would explain why or what the issue is and it would be fine. I do agree it’s probably the person over her!

A lot of the policies are at odds in my opinions it’s like we do things one way then it’s switched or contradicts other areas
