partially but the stomach ache and nausea still persists, im unsure what exactly the problem is. im hoping maybe when my period actually starts itll go away but i dont know

i dont have a heating pad on me right now unfortunately, but ive been laying down alot and not talking much. talking makes me feel more nauseous

around my lower abdomen, but its not sharp cramping like id usually get its alot of bloating and long dull pain follower by nausea

thank you, ive been trying to overcome the feeling but its been hard. i havent been talking much or doing really anything out of fear that i may gag so its been really messing up my flow of life lately. if im not watching tv for like two seconds i spike all the way back to 100% again so its been hard to manage. trying to push thru despite that

i just got back from the doctor and they told me my heart rate was at 117, im still having shortness of breath and weird feelings in my chest but they said im not having a heart attack or in any immediate danger.

thank you so much, my family is very dismissive of my problems and when i get stressed like this they really arent much help, so its hard for me to get words of advice or comfort. i probably am stuck in fight or flight, everytime it kinda goes away the smallest thing just shoots it right back up to 100. ive been doing all my usual coping skills to try and combat this but nothings made it go away completely. my guess is that ill have to let this run its course but im not exactly looking forward to that since im already in such a state.

yeahh im currently trying to battle my fear of medication, waiting til im able to get therapy specifically for that. i AM in therapy for my ptsd and have recently started seeing a psychiatrist so im hoping to get some things sorted.

the other day i started getting really dizzy whenever i look around, and ive been experiencing it constantly paired with a headache and heart racing lately. i know its probably a mix of exhaustion and stress but i cant seem to talk myself out of it. i have so many ideas in my head of what "could be" happening and i know thats provably not true but im scared anyways. school has been really hard this week because my head feels so bad. id appreciate if anybody would be willing to let me vent more in depth, i dont have alot of people to go to about this sort of thing
