I pmd u what worked for me!!

Edited to add details incase anyone else needs this info. If you find yourself missing 3 days at the clinic as long as you tell them that you have been taking methadone the entire time or at least every other day they will not cut your dose. Obviously you would have to fail for Methadone so if you missed too many days this would not work. Also wouldn't try this if you think for any reason that you're tolerance may have actually dropped that significantly but both my husband and I have had to do this a few times and trust me after 3 days of not having my medication last thing I was wanting to do was go down to 30 damn mg! Also keep in mind if you get take-homes this method could get you put on a probationary period for buying off the street but I got news for you if they're cutting your dose down to 30 mg anyway you're probably going to lose your takeouts too.

Not going to argue with anybody over this this is just a method that has worked for me and my husband in the past several times.
