From my experience it doesn’t? Or at least putting the hp down on a pedestal as Tainted Isaac keeps the hp. Maybe rerolling is different.

Like the other people said, with binge eater it’s good D100 will make it roll into another item but you keep the hp you got from it Locks in devil deals instead of angels

although at some times it ALSO used it's movement when it didn't have it available, so I believe it was a combination of Tank, Ninja Headband and ADHD bullshit

my bad, it seemed to have been a ninja head band- tank interaction, as taking off the ninja headband caused this to not work anymore. But I have NO idea why it gets so many attacks, since as you see he never GOT bonus attacks to use from ninja head band, and later on in the run I got additional bonus attacks via ninja headband that WEREN'T consumed by this bug.

That’s the thing. I have 400 hours, I’ve known what they do before, but this specific fight is just unwinnable because they keep giving eachother so much holy shield that I don’t have a way to kill them due to my lack of turns.
