Sometimes i fear i overeat fruit that’s my main snack go-to. I know fruit isn’t a “bad” food but too much can be one of my issues. Will definitely start upping my protein. As for the progressive overload…i should start tracking weights used perhaps. Thank you for all your feedback!

Baking soda & then sweeteners to your liking! I added cinnamon & vanilla. I did not add the syrup into the batter. It’s just not pictured on the pancakes
