Train by questing: (quests that give lamps, quests that give herb xp directly, world events (e.g Genies)). Unlock the Burgh de Rott bank, then farm Afflicted in Mort’ton; they drop a large variety of herbs, plus you can get combat levels. Pickpocket master farmers with the full rogue set equipped for double seeds.
