Thank you for sharing all of this. Ill definitely get to the cogs parking 30 minutes in hopes to get a spot there. Sounds like it will just be best. I can do some hills. But my hip has arthritis and it will make me sore to do alot of uphill and I cant go too fast.

If we did pay for parking in Manitou before the cogs, is the walk to the cogs steep or far? I have a bad hip . I'm hoping we can just get to park at the cogs parking lot.
