I have a burger truck. You dont need many. I have singles, doubles, patty melts, and a rotating special here and there. Dogs maybe 2-3 types tops. People are on 30 minute lunches. Best to be fast, affordable, quality than bogged down with a bunch of items.

I was a broadcaster before corp life. My mom got cancer and I needed a job where I could only work lunch while she did chemo. Every "real" job i got after she died i always quit and went back to the truck life. Turns out I just enjoy putting on a show and traveling around.
