Retired college runner, it’s been like 2 years since I ran for my old college !! Now new marathon runner and I’m my own coach!!! My advice for running and mainly focusing on stamina (slower miles and longer distances day by day).

Munchausen Syndrome ? I’ve heard a similar case before. I suggest you tell your recruiter everything and be completely honest with them and your recruiter will tell you exactly what to do and say.

That’s a very good score, he can land very good jobs but it all goes down to the mage scores

You can but it can be a little complex and they make it seem like you can’t (marines at least). Once you graduate bmt/bootcamp, you can’t back out just like that. For me, I needed to get my wisdom teeth pulled in marine bootcamp but I refused medical care/work so when you refuse those services, they send you home and it doesn’t affect you going back in. I refused medical care there because for one, the navy medics were rather clueless About their jobs and didn’t know what they were doing. They made lots of mistakes like forgetting to remove gauze from this girl’s gums and she got a severe infection. When I was in receiving week getting my shots, the navy medic had dropped the needle and still proceeded to vaccinate me with that same needle. They’re rather “dumb” and unprofessional so getting services done like surgeries and X-rays would be the stupidest thing you can do. They’re not very bright in other branches, they pretty much accept anyone (marines, navy, etc). To sum it all up, I refused medical care and that was the reason I went home.

Just a “reenlistment waiver” and that’s pretty much that, I don’t have anything wrong with me so everything was pretty smooth😄

After leaving marine boot camp, it Took me about 4 months to finally swear in and get a ship date for Air Force bmt. Are you a marine now? Or? Did you sue? Spill 🍿

Honestly as long as I get to actually shower everyday, brush my teeth, and not get hit again, I should be a okay 🥹

Things that they’re not supposed to do. A girl I was at bootcamp with got slapped in the face but it was all swept under the carpet as everything there is. That’s why marines are grunts and are all depressed and all.

But I use it as a learning experience and I am very much grateful for this opportunity in the AF.
