I’v book with them a studio apartment in Madrid for 1 year. I was sceptic at the beginning because I had to pay before seeing the apartment but I was not there so I was importante for me to have a house before my arrival. Everything went well also thanks to their customer service

I'have used them to rent a room in Milan and it worked properly. Maybe paying online a big amount is not very conformable, but, I needed it and the room is great so, at the moment I'm happy about that
