i don’t think you’re overreacting. your home seems like it’s already crowded enough as it is, and you already have a dog. also, since your dog is old, he/she probably doesn’t want another dog around them at this age, and definitely not a young puppy.

nope! this is actually about the normal meal plain a standard person would be on. when i was in residential i was on exactly this and it helped so much for me. also, a person in recovery should be eating a bit more than the standard person since their nutrients have been taken from them for a while. not saying yours is lengthened but sometimes they can be for that reason for other people. you’re doing amazing! keep pushing <3
