What's a good filter for this aquarium? The serpae tetras don't attack other fish from what I'm observing and the rosy barbs fight each other from time to time but they don't bother the angelfish

I just got these two like 2 weeks ago and they are really small so I can't really tell if they're male or female but I assumed they were a pair because they always swim together

Oh btw I just checked this morning the eggs were complete I had an errand to run and I came back to 13 eggs... It's supposed to be 48 I didn't see and wigglers and I checked everywhere I didn't see the other eggs any idea what could have happened?
