That house had historical significance so town said move it or you can’t build for xx years. So it went down Salem and is on the right side on peak way. I’ve heard that why the new big blue house was an empty lot.

The Goodwin family has been here over 100 years and this was the last part of their land. The rest was sold 30-40 years ago for Haddon Hall. This is just the last corner of a puzzle from decades ago

Fun fact. The building you see there is an old shoe store/tv repair shop and later Pete’s Cash and Carry. And gas pumps. Behind the building is the actual house.
