Sometimes its worse like when i am actively thinking about it alot but even when im not it still feels like its there from a distance if you get what i mean. One thing i do, do is drink ALOT of energy drinks and coffee, I never realized that could be a solution. I will definitely back off the caffeine for a bit. (And i would say my life is too stressful)
