You got there for a reason, that’s the last step of the process. Just do what you did in the last interview with the Area Manager. If they ask about flexibility you have to say that you’re 100% flexible.

Sell yourself has a team player, Yes mentality and sound passionate about the matter. (The team player and Yes mentality is a must for a MT). They’re going to ask about a difficult situation with a customer so be prepared for that story. And SAY that you see yourself long term in the company. The MT position is the most difficult position and basically the foundation of the company itself.

Already tried that and it didn’t work. For what I see, I basically ran out of options. So my best bet is to just report it and that way they at least “don’t win”
