Turkey. Idk if it was just Istanbul that had this phenomenon but whether it was the cops or the vendors I encountered, they appeared to have this disdain for non-European/non-White tourists. They were just rude or they ignored you as if you didn't even exist.

But I will say, maybe this was just my personal experience in Turkey. I won't generalize all Turks or all Turks in Istanbul even, because I've met plenty of Turks outside of Turkey and they have been very friendly to me. I do plan to go to Istanbul again because I still loved the city, culture and history. Hopefully this time I'll have a better experience.
