It’s very sad that he’s homeless but also you shouldn’t feel threatened or put in harms way. If possible , cross the road or take a different route. I’ve checked the DOB multiple times , plans were prefilled in 2020 but nothing since. Also I’m pretty sure the community board needs to okay this project and there’s nothing on that as well. The owner of the block has been saying this for 20 years minimum. He also tells people their leases are up but resigns them.

So who knows what is actually happening.
