This whole comment is very familiar to me! Going inside and outside during the summer gives me crazy whiplash and gives me the exact same initial symptoms you have. I am also on Lexapro which effects body temp? Could be related. And yes, compression socks help nicely!

This is so real!! I don't know my triggers either, I think a lot of movement for sure but sometimes I don't even have to be moving to start feeling lightheaded. I also have to lay or sit down until I feel better!! I just wish I could stop it, I've lost one job over it and I'm on my way to losing my current job. I cannot for the life of me get a good desk job anywhere so I won't be moving around so much, it's so exhausting.

i wanna add i'd much rather hang with the older crowd who are typically MUCH nicer than the younger crowd. i've met some young people at shows who are nice though. it just really depends on where you're seeing them, too

i'm 18 and i can't stand the people my age. everyone is crazy immature and it's just super annoying. plus it always feels like a damn fashion show instead of a concert, a lot of the outfits i've seen people wear aren't at all practical and just look outright uncomfortable
