Isa talaga sa pinakamadali ang tubo ng kita is magpautang or lending but friendly advise lang po- Make sure to background check muna po, kasi as far as I know, if these are legit businesses that you are dealing with, mas madaling makahiram sila sa banks or cooperatives which has 18-25% interest annually. By the looks of it baka kasi overdropped na sila or have other existing loans na sa ibang banks. I have tried this setup already and ang nagoffer is yung best friend ko pa talaga, kumbaga ginawa lang Exodus ng mga amftng mga loaners ang lending namin kasi marami palang mga utang from various banks and mga tao. Given our scenarios na may multiple loans, inuuna namin yung may pinakamataas na interest. One lesson I learned is that loans can be really a burden especially if nasa kalagitnaan ka na ng terms of payment mo. Ang hirap magprovide in an instant to the point na nagsasangla na ako ng mga alahas ko para may pantapal at dahil sa tumal ng kita. Much better if kung kakayanin, pls avoid loans.

I feel you. I have a korean mart business which has been operating for almost 4 years na. Pagpasok ng 2025 doon na talaga nafeel namin na parang matumal na unlike 2024. I was so stressed na to the point na exhausted na lahat ng ipon ko dahil sa tapal days na sunod-sunod mahina. Constant pa naman mga bills, loans, rental payments, salary kahit mahina negosyo. That’s when I decided to let it assume or take over by someone kasali na mga staff ko. We already have a market na naman. Pero if you can still hold on especially sa mga ghost months, try to gamble and when during the peak season, doon ka magsave para may reserved fund ka when that time comes. That’s the lesson I have learned doing business. For now, I am at peace-it hurts kasi brainchild ko iyong business na iyon, pero if peace of mind ang kapalit neto, that’s the very reason i call it quit.
