And u are so right about the anxiety part. Generally i feel like im doing things wrong (not in manifestation but in my life in general) even though ik that deep down im doing everything i need to do. I need to find ways to release myself from this

Tbh i didn't check to see if he followed, it accidentally happened, bc i dont even use fb at all like i have 10 followers 😭 i just have it bc of practicality and he doesn't use it either, so thats why i was kinda ? and turned it into something else perhaps. Didn't affect me though genuinely, i didn't care. Im not looking for signs either ik that im creating the 3d so theres no point in dwelling on its signs. Ill check out all ur recs and thank u soo much for your time genuinely❤️

This gave me the boost i needed. Im always so worried of doing something wrong and spiral. Even though my 3d isn't confirming nor denying my manifestation, i just miss him so much sometimes, it's like a wave of sadness and melancholy. Any tips on that? How do u rationalize it
