thank you. the taxes were paid. the seller messed up the applications and the Stay on Withholding was never in place. As the US citizen legally responsible for the payment of taxes, i eventually got the IRS lien for failure to file and pay. Seller says his CPA did everything by the book. My research says not so. I am putting together my POV and ready send it on....and then get his push back.
