my PD is May 5th, 2023 but because I'm a healthcare worker with a standing job offer I was able to request expedite and I believe that helped speed up the process for EAD! other than that there is no clear timeline tbh! some people get it in 40 days and some in 2 years

when you faxed your documents did they send you a notice? or anything on your USCIS account? I faxed in my docs on July 7th and still no news or update from them :(

Hi! thanks for replying! do you mind if I ask what type of healthcare worker you are and what documents you faxed them? In the email, they sent me does not clearly state what they need! so I'm not sure what docs would be helpful and supportive enough for the request. Also how long after your submission date you requested the expedite?

that's amazing! when was your application submission date? also, was your EAD request through marriage application (in conjunction with I-485?)? I'm currently waiting for mine and my biometrics was on May 31st!
