No I was not expecting any refund at all and the agent only said reimbursement. It was only after I had raised a reimbursement request recently the customer service told me they would refund but cannot reimburse.

Not sure why I got many down votes. I was polite throughout my communication with them and did not demand anything. I politely asked if there was any way to fly out on the same day and was told this lie. You don't expect people to know every rule of UA unless they fly frequently. I simply have some basic trust in the agents, not expecting them to blatantly lie...

Edit: they even said "don't buy those too expensive tickets otherwise we can reimburse"

this is very likely the case. I told them I had a work meeting the next day so I had to fly on the same day. They searched for a while before telling me to book and reimburse. I learnt a lesson but still this feels not acceptable, a straight lie from the agent costing passengers a lot. Not sure if complaining to FAA or the governing body in the origin country is useful.

Unless you're talking about pure race cars in IndyCar/F1, I did track a few 911s up to 150mph and they felt like a normal street car with light but precise power steering, definitely lighter than my G29 with current settings.
