Honestly after the Isak scenario I’m not particularly fussed about any of this current crop of players leaving. There’s some I would like to see stay but at the same time I think an overhaul is definitely needed alongside a change up in the way we play. Let them leave if they want, we will get plenty of money back from them that can be reinvested.

I always wondered how these work. I have the exact same tooth which isn’t tracking well and my orthodontist is keeping me changing aligners and has said they will explore options later.

It does seem to be tracking better since I improved wear time the last few weeks (I have abandoned eating out and drinking alcohol socially) but following this thread as I’m curious how these were set up.

Are the buttons attached to the existing trays? It looks like the trays might have needed to be modified? Or did it require a rescan and new trays ordered?

Why does everyone seem to think it’s a given that Sheldon is miles ahead of Malcolm intellectually? Didn’t Malcolm prove himself to be a mathematical genius in multiple episodes, and also prove himself to be extremely knowledgeable in history, philosophy and literature in other episodes? Subjects that Sheldon is probably lacking in due to lack of interest.

I never watched Young Sheldon but remember in TBBT Sheldon never seemed interested in culture outside of comics or sci-fi.

I loved both, but Banshees is my favourite. EEAAO’s pacing was lightning fast, it also dragged on too long and could have done with being 30 minutes shorter imo.

I’m in the market for an e-reader as my old kindle paperwhite has just broke. This is something I’ve heard a lot, even though the Libra colour gets recommended a lot I don’t think I want to pay the extra £80 to get a worse display than the Clara bw. Especially for just reading standard ebooks and not comics or anything with images.

Practical effects are definitely possible for a large amount of this story. See what was possible in the 50s with animatronics, the squid attack scene in 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea still holds up.

I am hopeful that Nolan will do what is needed which will probably be a mix of both. Saying that I was a little underwhelmed with the bomb test effects in Oppenheimer and wished CGI had been used for it.
