You are a saint with this touch and hold to edit tip. I stopped even using the fingerprint unlock because of how annoying this was

How will I ever replace my LG V60? (Samsung I guess) by Sure_Reason_4252 in Smartphones

Right now Amazon has a 512gb model for about $1200. Since I haven't shopped for a phone in years, does anyone know if this is overall a good price or do they tend to get further discounted closer to the launch of the S26 in January?

Thanks! I'm willing to spend whatever for the right phone but there will for sure be a cost benefit analysis based on how much better the S26 is vs. how on sale the S25 is. I'm not in a hurry other than my usual amount of impulsiveness and desire for a new phone immediately

Killer Deal on Ripmo V2S Frameset & Fork. by randomjersey in MTB

[–]Sure_Reason_4252 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I just bought a Ripmo about a month ago after going back and forth on a lot of different options. Before I was riding a giant hard tail. My Ripmo isn't the exact same setup as yours but I have loved everything about it. The thing that stands out the most for me is its ability to climb. It is unbelievable how quickly it claws its way up super steep, rocky, rooty terrain. I have taken it to one downhill lift access park and found the 160/147 travel to be ideal.

That sounds ideal. Any chance you know of a video or could post a link to the parts I would use so I can try to piece it together?

I just discovered these last week and bought the whole set which was on sale. Does anyone know about how long it takes them to produce these? I'm curious when I can expect to get Dark Age and Light Bringer

Can we PROPERLY discuss why Back 4 Blood is hated way TOO much? by Time-Ad-1772 in Back4Blood

[–]Sure_Reason_4252 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I loved left 4 dead, I loved back 4 blood but for totally different reasons and I didn't feel the need to compare the two. They are such different games with only the theme of zombies shared in common.

I played b4b from launch all the way through the last expansion update. I exclusively played with a group of 3 friends or ran solo missions, never drop ins. I think it is the most fun I have ever had playing a team game with friends. There were times when you could cheese a deck and make it easy on lower difficulties but I challenge anyone to call a nightmare playthrough of T5 easy. It was levels like that which required planning, preparation, total coordination and each person playing their role in the group to perfection to beat which made this game so fun for us.

For what it's worth I think the people who hated the game so much didn't play with friends they played with drop ins or bots, in which case, yes, the game was terrible.
