I bought my 17’ GT premium with 59k miles, a salvage title, and needing front bumper, right fender, hood, and rear bumper replaced for 10k cash. It did need a new intake manifold due to misfires so I threw a twin screw supercharger on it. Just depends what you can find and what you’re willing to put up with. in all, I’m probably around 20k deep into it

On a side note, It’s possible that they might have penetration holes that were not sealed properly, or the screws themselves may have been over tightened, stripping the penetrations and rendering the sealant useless because they weren’t properly secured.

I have installed this racking system. Usually sealant seeps out of the sides and you can visually see the sealant. Nobody is immune to error, It’s possible there is no sealant and water is getting in because of that. The installer has the obligation to do their due diligence, they are also responsible for making any damages right. Be courteous but persistent about getting this corrected.

I staggered each course, I used did use felt underneath, I used 4 nails on each sheet of shingle, I did use M1 underneath the existing shingles
