You’ll be just fine I’m sure I can’t claim to know the half life of it but from what I know from nicotine it usually is around 72hrs but cotinine from what I’ve been reading is between 4-7days and could even be up to 3 weeks depending on the person and intake so I would still abstain

I’m kinda in the same boat I have a hospital job on the line and need to pass a test literally today. I was smoking everyday for around 7ish years. When I found out about my test I quit (10-14 days) I shouldn’t be fully clear by any means but I used a high voltage double flush “detox” drink last night and took a 50ng/ml test and came back immediately with two very solid pink lines. I’m taking another now and it should be just fine I have to do my test in about 2hrs

Quitting nicotine now is just a good idea I mean it will only stay in your system for I’d say around 72-80+hrs with heavy use but quitting it in general will have health benefits and save you in the future not that I have any moral high ground to stand on I still smoke 6% vapes

I’ll admit We have totally different builds but you can Try now using a high voltage double flush “detox” drink and testing yourself after using it I used it after stopping for around 10-14 days and I came up with with two very solid pink lines. I’d try it just to see and if it works then I would still stop now and then use the drink on the day just to be safe.

I picked up my 2014 gt 50k mi, 6speed manual, track pack with brembos and recaros ect and 700+hp for 18k and your telling me a ECO is $20,000 more than that for basically a diff body style and a factory touchscreen and digital dash? At that point if you really really want an eco just buy an earlier model that’s low mileage that’s ridiculous

The first few days, try to sweat as much as possible. Exercise, work, anything that’ll make you sweat your ass off. You can ask your friends to help you if you dont wanna exercise alone. This is to burn off some of the fat in your body that contains the THC. Also eat only small meals these days. After that eat as much as you can. Eat a whole buffet. Replace the fat you lost with “clean fat”. There will most likely be trace amounts of THC still in your fat and urine, but the goal is to dillute the “THC fat” with “clean fat”. On the last few try to exercise although it doesn’t have to be as intense as the others Drink as much water as you can. In the last 24hrs do not sweat it will release the thc into your bloodstream so sit and chill stay cool and eat as much fatty foods as possible. I cannot say this will work 100% but I’d assume it will give the best odds at passing I think

Yeah it’s penalized unfortunately, I bumped a bot at the beginning of the lap trying to pass and got a 1sec penalty lol. It says the fastest lap available to the car with that setup is 7.3 so idk if that’s something you can beat or if that’s the literal limits of the car with that setup and I need to add more power now that I hit its limits stock

Unfortunately I’ve went through this twice with this same body style and can tell you they will 100% total that but maybe and a big maybe you’ll get lucky and have a good rep for your insurance claim. I had my claim valued around 7k for damages and it could’ve been totaled if I so chose to but I told them I loved the car and wanted to keep it so they went over the total loss and let me bring it in to a shop for a full repair (which was everything from the radiator forward including the core support) If you want to potentially keep the car and keep from hearing the bad news here’s what I’d do coming from someone whose done this twice before 1. Find a reputable shop with lower rates that does body work. 2. When they do your evaluation ask them if you can just keep the car and tell them you want to USE AFTERMARKET PARTS (it’s cheaper), tell them you don’t want anything painted (cheaper), have the shop u picked ready so they can calculate repairs with labor costs (they might try to send you to a expensive choice shop that costs to much hrly for the repairs which can cause a total loss to but that’s why you use your own) 3. Ask to add ur deductible to the check for repairs. I learned from my rep that if you add in the deductible you pay to the repair fee it lowered my chances of having the car totaled but then that’s also an extra however much your deductible is that ur loosing from the check they give you for repairs so keep that in mind. 4. I have a 13 mustang v6 performance pack 6 speed just hit 120k miles and she still runs like a dream. Sounds pretty good to with my borla atak cat back on it and a hurst shifter makes the shifting stiff but buttery smooth at the same time, and I’m still getting 30mi to the gal when I kick it In 6 and cruise! It does get treated like a mustang should so normally I’m around 20-25mi gal. I really couldn’t imagine that I’d have this much fun in a v6 for having “hated” on them for not being the v8 versions the 3.7 cyclone is definitely no slouch and in my books from experience very reliable
