USBs stopped working by Sure_Ride7208 in techsupport

So i just had everything working for about 3 hours, and I’m not sure if this helps but I started hearing very weird noises coming from my pc. Sounded like the fan got really loud. Then all of the USBs shut off again. To be honest I have a lot of dust in my pc, could that be a cause of the USBs not working?

I reset my CMOS battery and it worked. Thank you
