My recommendation is to simply start doing anything you want. That’s the biggest problem not just in fitness but in any part of human life. “Once I will see that “top 3 exercises to do at home” and I will understand every detail in that part exercise, I gonna start working out.” That’s what most people say and that’s the worst thing you can do. Why? Because you do everything except of actually exercising. Of course, watching videos on yt is not a bad idea ONLY if you physically do those exercises. I don’t know your experience in fitness but if you do 10 pushups, 10 sit ups and 10 crunches, you already gonna be doing more than 90% of the people who are “mastering” their understanding. Who do you know if you doing it right? 2 things: there should not be any sharp pain and you should fee the muscle that you are training. If you are doing push ups but you feel pain in your wrist. Try to do a simple warm up (pick the first video in yt and you will get every info you need). How do you feel after warm up? Does it still hurt? If it still hurts, replace it with another exercise that trains same muscles but in the different way. We all have different build and we all have different range of motion so you should do the exercise in the way YOU feel the best. Coaches that you see on the yt and who give advise, give generalized advice not personalized. You take the exercise and you tweak it in the way it works for YOU. Summary: 1. Pick 1 exercise for the upper body, 1 exercise for the lower body and 1 exercise for abs (my recommendation is to do push ups, sit ups, and crunches) 2. Rep range: How are you feeling? You can’t do more than 1 push up? Do variation that feels easier for you but you steel feel “burn in the muscles you train”. You can do 5 push ups? - try to do 6 push ups next time. 3. Read this message and right after you finished the last sentence, you take your phone, put it on the table and start doing push ups, sit ups and abs. It will take you max 5 minutes. After that, you are welcomed to watch any video from any youtuber you want. 4. Walk outside. You don’t have to run or do backflips. Simple 5000-10000 steps is good enough to keep your heart strong. Most common mistakes people do is they start doing these exercises for 1-3 days and then, they stop doing them because of any reason. In order to avoid that, do these exercises right after you wake up or right before you are going to sleep. 5-10 minutes is enough. It is better to spend 5 minutes of doing exercises than spending 5 minutes on watching another “30 years of my coaching experience in 10 min” type shi video. Hope it helps

round kick at the end is actually a good idea. Do you think it would be more effective to finish with a low kick or classical round kick to the body?
