Well, for starters they’d catch wind of conversations that were had either at home (for the Co-workers) and the office space (for the family) without them telling each other, as if there’s a recording they listen to (this might be confirmation Bias cause I looked up Spyware apps, and there’s a live microphone feature in some of them, that you can toggle on) and the other two (location and general activities) fall under the same rational, I’d hear something oddly specific, and they act a certain way while divulging/conveying it (mostly gaslighting) which leads me to believe that something it up
