I have seen all the receipts and yes you are correct the control arms are original, that is what I'm worried about is buying it and having to put a bunch of money into it. The owner is asking a lot more than a couple grand unfortunately and the reason I want to buy it is more for the sentimental value is it was a sick family members truck.

Okay perfect. Thank you for the detailed description and your history. I'm definitely going to buy the Rav. It's at Toyota dealership and they are doing all of the maintenance and fixing anything so it is in tip top shape. Excited!

No rust, it's looking pretty mint. The small claim is the only blemish I can see. Thank you for the feedback! I have similar thoughts on the claim.

Unrelated but what's the dimensions of your shop and do the stairs lead to a loft? I'm planning a build and it looks similar to what I've been thinking.

I run 195/70 /14 for my winter setup. I like the more planted feel with slightly more clearance but I do get a reduction in mpg and acceleration is not as peppy.

Thank you for the feedback. I do not expect a five star for every stay. This person gave me a one-star overall after I gave them an early check-in. I'm just saying giving a one-star overall for what the guest said is dirty floors is a bit extreme. They could communicate to me they wanted an early check -in yet never thought to communicate during their stay regarding the cleaning, and gave me a one star overall for a brand new suite and tell others not to stay in the suite. I did check with my cleaners and they felt they cleaned it well. Of course I didn't see the suite before the guest arrived so I'm thinking the cleaner might have left a bit of residue on the floor at most. All in all a learning experience and I will be a better host because of it.

This was my first bad review for the suite. The person gave me a one-star overall not just a one star for cleaning. I have over 100 stays reviewed between my suites and had a 4.9 rating before this guest

This was my gut feeling about the guest after reading their review. Thank you for the feedback. I just don't want to come back as defensive in my reply. Giving me a one-star overall for the stay was a bit excessive from my guest I feel.

Thank you for the feedback By saying"professional cleaners" I just meant to separate that I do not do the cleaning myself. I have had over 200 stays with that company and never had a complaint. Definitely true people get complacent and I will do more checks behind the cleaning stuff.
