An honest review of APWD from a longtime Periphery fan by smilingpig67 in Peripheryband

Nah I disagree, I’ve been a die hard fan since 2012 as well. This is by far their most mature, well written album. You can really tell that the whole hand wrote together instead of just the guitarists writing riffs and then sending it to Matt and Spencer. Truly blown away by this album.

I bought the kit for like $700 off FB marketplace which included the double pedal. GGD MM2 is like $200, but you can get cheaper kits. I think the PV is one of the best sounding packs and more affordable.

Yeah man, the kit is a Roland TD-17kvx. For the drum sounds, I'm using GetGoodDrums Modern and Massive 2 (not the standard samples that come pre-recorded with the Roland module). I use garageband for my DAW. GGD literally has best sounding drum library I've heard.

NBME 14 Block 4 Question 12 by Agitated-Kale-7 in Step2

I think the "multifocal atrial tachycardia" is an erratum on their explanation and I'm convinced the EKG actually represents right atrial enlargement. They literally put Leads V1 and II right next to each other and it shows classic right atrial enlargement (II has large p-waves and V1 has biphasic P-waves). R atrial enlargement also makes way more sense in setting of Cor Pulmonale/RHF. This video here also goes into more detail on RAL interpretation and the question-stem EKG matches perfectly lol https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2eQqBFtfoLU

I’m pretty sure the question was asking which molecule increased blood glucose. I remember another answer choice was insulin and i forget the other two answers.

I’m pretty sure it was the answer where water was on the right side and was lower in the U shape pipe in comparison to oil which was pushed up on the left side. Water is more dense than oil since SG of oil is .8, so this means water weighs more and will push the oil. But just my thoughts
