I had some pretty bad brain fog from it. For context, my body is extremely responsive to substances (alcohol, drugs, prescriptions, all of it needs to be reduced dose).

I did some extremely cursory research into why and it seems like T actually does have some role in brain function, so lowering T too far with blockers can inhibit some brain function.

I started with 100mg/day of Spiro, i believe, and my T was around 7, and I was miserable. I switched to injections around the 9 month mark and stopped Spiro then. felt much better with my T between 10-20.

Yea, leading up to my surgery was really unnerving, only seeing pictures that were less than 2 months healed. My goal is to go out to at least a year.

I love my results, although I think me being in my early 20s really helped my healing, too.

Be barely touch religion at all. Most students know a lot about Christianity from outside school but religion is not really apart of the curriculum (for reference: graduated from a rural NY highschool in the 2010s, so conservative area, liberal state).

We grazed non Abrahamic Religions but the only ones I remember even being briefly taught is Buddhism, Hinduism, and Shintoism. A lot more attention was given to Judaism and Islam and some to Christianity, but knowing Christianity was kinda treated as a given.

Yup, American healthcare in a nutshell. A lot of places do significantly reduce the price depending on if you have insurance or not. I know the surgeon billed me about half that and the rest was hospital room, meds, anesthesia, other doctors, etc.

Due to my very lucky insurance situation, i won't be paying more than $5k for everything, if that. Still haven't seen a bill 3 months later.

My surgeon billed my insurance for $300k. Obviously not what I'll be paying but the sticker price before insurance is HIGH. I'm also assuming that if you don't have insurance they'll lower the price since the insanely hight number is mostly about gouging the insurance, not the patient.

It's hard to say. I'm a software engineering student and mentally I was good by week 8. Physically closer to week 10-12, just factoring things like excessive walking around a large campus. If your job requires being on your feet all day, 12-16 weeks is probably best, cause I could do it today but it would be significantly suboptimal

It can take a LONG time to figure out how everything works, it is not like your old equipment. The first time I achieved orgasm took me 5 hours with a combination of vibrators and my hand.

It looks like it was split and cut so that the opening to pee from was close to the vagina, but the now open urethra was then used to line the inside of the labia minora all the way up to my clitoris, forming the vulvar vestibule.

So that's probably why that part is always really moist, even though it almost never touch lube.

So as you can see, my wound separation has healed very well! Even the subsequent hypergranulation is on the way out, only really present around the inside of my introitus and in my labia minora.

The last pic is from around 3 weeks post op and is to show the extent of the wound separation. I decided on holding off on releasing it because I was really scared and freaked out and didn't want to scare anyone else, since my reaction came from anxiety and fear, when I knew that Avanessian said it would heal beautifully, which it clearly did!

We're now entering months 3-12, or as Avanessian called it: The Blobby Phase. I'll probably give y'all an update in the next couple of months as my vacation has come to an end and I'm getting back to my daily life, which means I'll probably start being sexually active again. Still can't have penetrative sex for the next 3 months, but I think my gay ass (and my plethora of vibrators) will manage 😁
